Within one business day of your note or voicemail. If you reach out over the weekend, you’ll have a reply by Monday afternoon at the latest.
iiWhat happens on the first call?
A relaxed 20–30 minutes. We’ll ask how you invoice, how many accounts and staff are in play, and where the books stand today — then recommend the engagement that fits and quote a flat monthly fee. No obligation, no hard sell.
iiiDo I need to come to the office?
Not unless you’d like to. Most clients across the Peninsula work with us by phone, email, and secure file sharing. If an in-person chat helps, our door at 571 Macarthur Ave is open by appointment.
ivWhat should I have ready to switch over?
Just the basics to start: your bank and card login details (view-only is fine), your current bookkeeping file if you have one, and your payroll roster. We’ll walk you through the rest and handle the handoff from your previous setup ourselves.
vCan you work with my CPA?
Gladly. We keep your books in the shape your CPA prefers and prepare a clean year-end package for them, so filing season is calm for everyone. If you don’t have a CPA yet, we’re happy to point you to one.
